Watermelon Festival 5K

Join us for our Watermelon Festival 5k Run/Walk!

We will now be accepting on-site registration ONLY from 7-7:30 am on Saturday, August 6th at Patrick Henry Square. Payments must be made by cash or check. Finisher medals and 5K specific t-shirts are not guaranteed with on-site registration. 
 

When: Saturday, August 6, 2022

Time: 8:00 am Start

Where: Patrick Henry Square (The Run will start at Patrick Henry Square Vincennes, IN and end in the 200 block of Main Street.)

Cost: $30

 

Race day information

Packet pick-up will start at 7:00 am in the morning at Patrick Henry Square. We will have your race day bag with your event t-shirt, race bib, and other goodies. Late registration and packet pick-up will end at 7:30 am. 

 

The race will start at Patrick Henry Square at 8:00 am. Volunteers, signs and police officers will be located along the route to point the way. There will also be a water station located at the halfway point. 

 

Awards

The Knox County Chamber of Commerce will be awarding the Overall Top Female and Male Runners. There is also a contest for the “Best Dressed” Runner. Wear your best watermelon themed outfit! 

 

Finisher medals will be awarded at the finish line. Snacks and other goodies will be provided at the end of the race.
