The purpose of the pageant is to empower women with different developmental challenges across Knox County and beyond to celebrate their abilities\, encourage both involvement in the community and from the community\, and promote\, honor\, and advance awareness of developmental challenges. The pageant provides an opportunity for contestants to gain confidence and grow their self-esteem.
